How to apply for the COVID-19 Curfew e-Pass?

The citizens can follow the steps mentioned below and apply for e-pass online.

1st step: Applicants can go through the state-wise links listed above and open them in the new window.

2nd Step: Provide Mobile number and OTP and hit on the Submit button.

3rd Step: After that, beneficiaries will get the E-pass application form which will contain personal details blanks and type of purpose blanks.

4th Step: Applicants must fill-up the details such as the Name of the applicants, address of the candidate, Mobile number, Aadhar card number, Voter ID Number, Vehicle number, type of vehicle, the reason for going out. After filling the form, upload your Photo and employment identity card.

5th Step: Finally, Citizens can hit on submit the application form.
