The Process to recover the iHRMS Employee code via HRMS Portal:
HRMS Punjab employee code becomes the employee logins. Every employee must follow the steps to generate login credentials.
1st Step: To get the iHRMS employee code, employees must visit the official website i.e. www.ehrms.punjba.gov.in.
2nd Step: On the HRMS Home page, employees must click on the Get iHRMS Code and view the page on the new tab.
3rd step: Once you get the Recover iHRMS employee code, employees must enter the requested state name and Fill in the additional information such as date of birth & registered mobile number.
3rd Step: After entering the registered mobile number, employees must enter the security code, captcha code and get the iHRMS employee code by hitting the Fetch employee code option.
4th Step: The HRMS Punjab portal will send the employee code to the employee’s registered mobile number.
Service Book Verification on ehrms:
1. An employee must visit the official website i.e. https://hrms.punjab.gov.in/ and click on the View eService Book option.
2. The employee must select the state, and administrative department and enter the selection of ‘present posting,’ posting district, and employee code. Then, the employee must confirm the captcha code and click the search option.
The Process to Reset ehrms password Online:
1. To recover the Password, an employee must visit the official website of ehrms and go to the login section.
2. Tap the Forgot password option on the login page. After which, the employee should select the state and department.
3. The employee must enter the employee code and click the search option. In addition, do enter the date of birth, mobile phone number and click on the send security code.
4. The employee must enter the OTP and click on the new password option. Enter the new login password and click on the update button.
HRMS Punjab Login 2021 Process:
1st Step: To download the employee payslips month-wise and sem-wise, the employee must visit the hrms Punjab portal i.e. www.hrms.punjab.gov.in.
2nd Step: On the web portal of HRMS Punjab, employees should click on the Login option.
3rd Step: Once you get to the Login page, you will have to enter the User ID, password and log in to the Page.
