KLR Login: A citizen can make the best use of digital format for checking the land survey records at Revenue department of Karnataka. The citizen can make registration and seek all-important release of notifications by the land records department. Citizens can now get their existing records converted to another through a digital process easily. Hence, the Bhoomi online citizen registration is essential for SMS alerts. The process of registration is easy and one needs the active mobile number and Aadhaar card details.

KLR Login Bhoomi Online Citizen Registration at landrecords.karnataka.gov.in:

The web portal of Bhoomi Online will keep the citizens informed through SMS alerts. The information will relate to mutations on agricultural land.

1. The citizen must complete the citizen registration form. One must enter the Aadhaar number, citizen name, valid mobile number, and generate OTP.

2. The web portal of land records Karnataka shall generate an OTP and deliver it to the citizen’s mobile number. The citizen should enter the OTP and click the verify button. Thus, after the verification of the authentic mobile number, the citizen must further proceed to complete the details.

3. The citizen must type in farmer details, father name, address, epic number and landline number.

4. The citizen must upload an ID proof document be it in jpg, or jpeg format, and then click the next button. Later, Citizens will have to select the land details like district, taluk, hobli, and village.

5. Then, one must type in a survey number, captcha number, and click the add button. It will add the survey number.

Kar Bhoomi Portal Digital records of land registry:

Digitalization of the land records through software to regulate and monitor the changes is the order of the day. The Karnataka Land records Bhoomi is an exclusive project, funded through the participation of central government and state government.

The national information center designed the project of maintaining the land records digitally. The block-level offices in the North are known as Tehsildar, and similar offices in South India, Taluka. It was observed that corruption and inefficient working seem to have become an age-old problem. Hence, to make the disbursement of records quickly with less effort and obtain a high-quality administrative output digital measures the best. 

Bhoomi RTC:

Bhoomi web portal keeps in the records of the land that includes a record of rights, tenancy, and crop. It is also known as Record of Rights, Tenancy and Crop or pahani. The land records belong to the owners and they detail information about the land owner, the kind of soil that exists.

Bhoomi RTC Information:

In 2000, the government of Karnataka incorporated the Bhoomi web portal to speed up the work of the land records. In addition, the government opened a channel for the citizens to seek an access to the digital record of rights, RTC. However, the government of Karnataka had launched this flagship project under the land records management system.

Karnataka’s land record management system enables its citizens to seek services such as citizen registration, view revenue maps. Moreover, conversion applications, track conversion request status, dispute cases, view online RTC & MR. The state comprises 175 taluks with offices spaced in 6000-gram panchayats.

RTC online in Bhoomi Portal:

1. A citizen can make a visit to the Karnataka online land records by inserting the Bhoomi website in the browser’s address bar and clicking the search button.

2. The citizen should enter the required details like District, taluk, Hobli, village as well as Survey number and hit on the “Get details’ for gaining access with RTC form 16.

Check Bhoomi Pani in Karnataka:

1. To check the Bhoomi Pani, the citizens should enter the land services section, and click the revenue map icon.

2. The citizen must select the district, taluk, hobli, village, and survey number and click the search button.

3. The citizen (user) must click the ‘PDF’ icon against the list of villages to view the revenue map of the land.

KLR Login at landrecords.karnataka.gov.in:

1st step: In order to login to the Karnataka Land Records page, Citizens should visit the link i.e. www.landrecords.karnataka.gov.in/

2nd Step: The Karnataka Land Records Portal shall take to the citizen login for the revenue services page.

3rd Step: A citizen can make a login through the login module made available at the left panel of the webpage.

4th Step: Once you get the Login page, the citizen should fill in the User Id, Password and login it online.

5th Step: A citizen who has not created an account yet can hit the link ‘create an account.’ and if the password is forgotten, then click on the forgot password.

Survey App user and Nadakacheri User Login:

1. The citizen must visit the web browser and insert the web portal address https://landrecords.karnataka.gov.in/Service42/ and click the search button.

2. The citizen should look in the login form. One must select the user type as survey app user and then enter the username, password and Click to the login of the KLR portal,  (or).

3. In case of a Nadakacheri user one must change the ‘User type’ in the KLR login page that is Nadakacheri user and further proceed to enter the KLR login page.
