One Nation One Health Card has launched by the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi Garu on his Day 1 Speech on 15th August 2020, India’s 74th Independence Day. One Nation One Health Card scheme is the National Level Health Care Programme that helps to save the Health records of the persons who have undergone for Treatment and tests in the Country. It is a digitalized progrmme which saves the citizen health History Medical records on the central government database.

Under this new programme, every citizen will be given by the Unique ID Number who opts One Nation One Health Card to get the treatment as well as Personal Checkups & tests files and Documents Online. One Nation One Health Card 2020 is also called National Digital Health Mission. The great movement of the Health Sector has introduced on India’s 74th Independence Day by the PM Modi Garu at Red Fort.

One Nation One Health Card 2020 Health ID Card 2021 Apply Online

The main objective of One nation one health card scheme is to save the health & medical tests scanned copies and documents through the govt database and download the health documents in the other places without carrying them. The Central govt will soon start the new website to register for a new Health ID card under this scheme.

All Beneficiaries can sign up the programme and get a new ID card. The citizen’s registration process to get the One nation One health mission ID card is very simple. And this complete process will be done online mode only. National Digital Health Mission is done to keep the health Records of the Indian Citizens in the formate of Digital.

After getting the One Nation & One Health scheme Card to the Citizens, they can view the medical history records including Tests scanned documents and treatments files through the digital platform. The Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi Garu said that the hospitals and doctors will be linked to the State and Central govt servers. The Central govt has released 500 Crore Special budget to implement this scheme, he added. 

The Necessary Documents to Get New Health ID Card Number:

The Indian Citizens who want to get the National Digital Health Mission ID Card number should register themself by uploading the documents such as Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Address Proof, Age Proof and etc.

About Health ID Card 2020-2021:

The One Nation & One Health Card 2020 scheme will be implemented phase-wise manner and the First Phase is going to implement with the budget of Rs.500 Crore. The main advantage of this scheme is to show the Patient prescriptions or reports online to the Doctors and Hospitals by giving the Heath Card ID Number. Then, the doctor will see the prescriptions or reports by using the Unique Health ID Card Number through the Central govt server.

Under this scheme, the central govt will be created the Health ID Card on the line of Citizen’s Original Aaadhar Card and Identity Proof. In order to get the Health ID Card, Citizens must provide the personal information like Name of the Citizen, Father / Mother/ Husband Name, Age, Date of birth, Temporary or Permanent Address, District, Village, Mandal, State, Country and etc.

The Process to Apply for Health ID Card Online:

1st Step: First, the Beneficaiaaries must visit the Central health portal ie. https://www.mohfw.gov.in/.

2nd Step: Find out the link of one Nation, one health Card scheme.

3rd Step: Check out the application form and enter the personal details such as Name of the Citizen, Father Name, Date of birth, address, Mobile Number, Email ID, State/ District/ Mandal/ Village and etc.

4th Step: And, Upload the necessary Documents and hit on the submit button.

5th Step: After submitting the application form, the Officials will scrutiny the details and issue the Health Card.
