PM Swamitva Scheme was introduced on 24th April 2020, Morning 11:00 AM on the occasion of National Panchayati Raj Day. The Indian Honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi Garu has launched two new schemes namely E Gram Swaraj Portal and PM Swamitva Scheme in a Single Conference meeting with the Village Officers.
The PM Swamitva Yojana Scheme’s main aim is to provide the validation of their respective Integrated Property Solutions for the rural areas in India. So all beneficiaries can find complete information on rural area Lands, plans of development, progress report, Panchayat Profile, and etc on the single web portal only.
Coming to the egram Swaraj Portal, this web portal will provide the full details about the rural area lands and online registrations, etc. So, PM Modi Garu has launched this eGram Swaraj Portal as well as a Mobile application. Beneficiaries can download this Mobile app from the egramswaraj.gov.in website.
Online registration for new lands and Properties will begin Soon. Still, now the Central government has not launched a new web portal for the PM Swamitva scheme. The E Gram Swaraj Portal will help the people to know the Integrated Property Validation information in rural areas across India.

A Newly launched Unified web Portal has developed by the Ministry of Panchayati Raj that would issue the Gram Panchayats Single Interface to modify the rural area situations as well as to develop & Implement the Gram Panchayat through this Scheme.
So, PM Modi Garu specially introduced this PM Swamitva Scheme today by Interacting with the Panchayat Officers through Video Conference. And also the PM Modi Garu has published about the two schemes through his Twitter account.
Recently, the Ministry of Panchayati Raj department has done the Survey in 1.2 lakh rural areas by using drone technology. This Complicated project has finished within 25 days by the Ministry of Panchayati Raj department.
Not only the Ministry of Panchayati Raj has conducted this survey but also the State departments of revenue, Survey dept, and Panchayat departments helped the Central government to recognize the rural area lands and Properties.
