Telangana Dharani NPB Registration: The Telangana State government has launched a new Programme for the TS state Owners of Non-Agriculture Properties to issue the Non-Agriculture Property Passbook. The TS Chief Minister K. Chandra Sheker Rao Garu has recently announced the New scheme namely house to house Servey Programme to issue the Non-Agriculture Property Passbook for the NAP Owners of the Property.

This scheme’s main objective is to avoid the Double registrations and Inllegel registrations and issue the Passbooks for the Non-Agriculture Properties as like Agriculture Properties. 

The government of Telangana has given a Chance for Telangana Dharani NPB Online Registration to GHMC and Municipality Division Citizens. The Grama Panchayat Division People should submit their filled TS Dharani NPB Registration Application Form at the Grama Panchayat Department. Already, the Staff of Grama Panchayat has started House to house survey and encourages the people to apply for this New Programme.

Eligibility Conditions:

1. Only the House Owners of Telangana state will allow applying for this new Programme.

2. The Applicants must have an Original Aadhar Card for enlisting Non-Agriculture Property.

3. The Citizens must be permanent Citizens of Telangana state. No other state people will allow for this scheme.

4. The House owners who have 2 or 3 houses also will allow applying for TS Dharani NPB Registration.

The Process to apply for Telangana Dharani NPB Registration Online:

1st Step: To apply for TS Dharani Non-agriculture property Passbook (NPB), Citizens should visit the NPB Telangana Portal i.e. https://npb.telangana.gov.in/NPBUpdation/.

2nd Step: And, Go through the “For Online Updation Option” and tap on the “Please Click Here” Button. 

3rd Step: Then, applicants should enter 10 digits valid Mobile number on the given blank and hit on Send OTP. Enter 4 digits One-time password which will send to the given mobile number and complete the validation process by hitting the Validate OTP.

4th Step: After validation of the Mobile Number, property owners must select the division either GHMC or Municipality, and enter the Property Tax Identification Number (PTIN). Then, hit on the Get Property Details button and open the TS Dharani NPB Online Application Form on the new page.

5th Step: Here, applicants will have to fill the complete application form with the right Credentials such as Owner Name, Father/ Husband Name, House Number, Age, Gender, Caste, Aadhar Number, Voter ID Ward Number, House area in SY, SFT, Ration Card Number, Job Card Number, Permanent Address, Office Address, Property type either Govt or Private, Jan Dhan Account Number, PIN Code number and Family members Adhar Card numbers.

6th Step: After filling out the complete NPB Application Form, applicants must re-verify the details and hit on the Submit button.

7th Step: Finally, the Property Owners will get the Acknowledgment number. Applicants can track the Dharani NPB Registration Status by using the Acknowledgment number.

1st Step: To track the NPB online or Offline registration status, the registers must visit the same portal.

2nd Step: Go through the Download Acknowledgment Section.

3rd Step: Select the Acknowledgment receipt, Property falls under, and enter Property Tax Identification Number.

4th Step: Hit on the get details and track the status of TS Dharani Own House PRB Registration.
