Telangana MLC Voter Registration Process has started on 1st October 2020. The Official Public Notice of Graduation elections in Ranga Reddy, Mahaboob Nagar, Hyderabad constituency has released by the Indian Election Commission on 30th September 2020. The Graduation election Voter ID Card Online Registration Process has begun from October 1st, 2020. The Degree and Graduate Voters Online registration will close on November 6th, 2020.
So, all eligible graduate citizens can enroll your good names through the CEO Telangana Portal on or before November 6th, 2020. The Official Instructions to apply for MLC voter registration have circulated by the Election Commission of India. The applicants who have completed their degree will allow applying for the MLC Voter registration.
The Citizens who have finished their degree or graduate in the year 2018, 2019, 2020 will not allow applying for TS MLC Voter Registration. After completion of MLC Voter registration, the ECI will be released the Draft votes list on 1st December 2020. Later, the final voter list will be issued on 18th January 2021.
Telangana MLC Voter Registration TS Form-18 Details
It is to be noted that the applicants who are going to apply for MLC Voter registration must be Ordinary Residents in the Graduates’Constituency. Graduates have 2 options to apply for MLC Voter registration. The First one is offline and another one is Online. The applicant who wants to enroll their names Offline must visit the nearest Mee Seva Center and Submit the necessary documents like Aadhar Card, Provisional Certificate of any degree, SSC Memo.
To give your names on the MLC electoral rolls afresh Online, applicants can go through the CEO Telangana website and register their Names. Eligibility Criteria:
1. Applicants must be an Ordinary Resident of Telangana state and he/ she should have an Original TS voter ID Card.
2. Only the Ranga Reddy, Mahaboob Nagar, Hyderabad constituency graduates will allow to apply for this Registration.
3. The Applicants who have passed out their degree in the years 2018, 2019, and 2020 are not eligible to apply for MLC elections registration.
4. The graduate Citizens should enroll their names through the CEO Telangana Portal only.
5. The existing applicants who have already enrolled their names are not allowed to register the MLC elections, Voter, a second time.

How to Apply for TS MLC Voter Registration via CEO Telangana?
The applicants must apply for Telangana MLC Voter registration 2020-2021 through the CEO Telangana Form-18. The steps to Fill the Complete Form-18 application is given below.
1st Step: First, applicants should visit the CEO Telangana Portal i.e. www.ceotelangana.nic.in, or go through the direct link i.e. https://ceotserms1.telangana.gov.in/MLC/Form18.aspx.
2nd Step: On the CEO Telangana Home page, applicants can tap on the E-Registration Option and click on the Council Constituency. Then, Select the Form18 (Graduates) link.
3rd Step: A New Form-18 (Graduates) Application Form will be displayed on the screen. Form-18 contains details like Applicant’s Details, Address Details (ordinary residence Place), Voter details of Assembly Constituency, and Upload Supporting Documents.
4th Step: Then, graduates should start to fill up the Applicant’s Details such as Name of the applicant, Surname, Relative of the applicant, Gender, DOB, Education Qualification, and Occupation. The applicant’s details of the Graduates Form-18 block is shown below.
5th Step: Next, you need to fill up the Address Details as well as Assembly Constituency Voter Details such as House Number, Town type, Village, Streat, Post Office, PIN code, District, Epic Number of Voter ID Card, SLN in PS, Polling Station number, Assembly Constituency.
6th Step: After successful completion of Block 1, 2 & 3, you need to upload the required support documents like Photograph, Graduate certificate, and submit your application form by hitting the Submit button.
The Process to check the MLC Voter List Status:
1st Step: To know the Status of Telangana MLC Voter List 2020-21, the applicants who have successfully submitted the Filled MLC Graduation Voters list applications must go through the direct link i.e. https://ceotserms1.telangana.gov.in/MLC/Search.aspx.
2nd Step: And, enter the application ID on the given box which is delivered after submitting the MLC Graduation Form.
3rd Step: After filling in the Application ID, you can hit on the Get application Status and track the Status.
How can I reedit my details in form -18 after once applied
Before submitting the From-18 Form, you need to re-check the details and submit the Application Form. After Sumitting the form, you dont have the option to review the application Form.

after fling the form 18, system asking relation type, but there is no column in Form 18 about Relation type
After filling in the Relative applicant’s name you need to select the relation type on form 18. The Relative type option is in the Application Details.

You can fill the relative name like Father or Mother or Wife/Husband Name and mention the Relation type on the next step.

When and How can I get my MLC Voter Card.
The TS EC will not issue the MLC Voter Card. if you have applied for MLC voter Registration please track the Status either approval or not. If your application will get approval then your name will be listed on the MLC Voters List.

MLC Voter Registration 2021 is completed. Graduates who have passed out in the 2017 year will eligible to apply for this scheme.
