TS DOST Special Phase Allotment Results: TSCHE Board has successfully completed the TS DOST Phase 1, 2, 3 Registration, Web Options, Orginal Certificates Verification, declaration of Seat allotment Results, Admission Fee Payment, and Online Self Reporting process from 1st July 2021 to 31st August 2021. After the Successful declaration of TS DOST First, Second, third Seat allotment Results, the Officials have started Special Phase registration from 1st September 2021.
In between 15th to 24th September 2021, the Complete Special Phase registration process has over. Phase 4 like the Special Phase web options Procedure has finished between September and October months 2021. We are assuming that the Seat allotment Results of the Special Phase will announce on 1st week of October 2021. Students who have participated to select the college in Phase 4th can download the Seat allotment Results of Phase 4 in October 2021.
TS DOST Special Phase 4th Seat Allotment Results 2021 Details
About DOST:
Degree Online Services Telangana (DOST) is the State government Web portal that helps to offer admissions in TS State Private, government, and Autonomous Institutions. DOST is the Digital Platform and it brings all private and govt institutes under a Single System. The DOST state govt portal has launched by the TSCHE Board. DOST Portal will help the candidates to register themselves to get admissions in UG Courses in TS State Private and govt Colleges.
1st Phase Counselling Process:
The TS DOST 1st Phase Counselling Registration has begun from 1.07.2021 to 28.07.2021. The First Counselling of DOST web Options filling and Locking the College procedure has been done from 03.07.2021 to 28.07.2021. The Original Certificates verification has been completed for Phase 1 Counselling for PH and NCC Categories on 13.07.2020 and 14.07.2021.
After completion of the Choice of Filling and locking the Web Options & Certificate verification process, the TSCHE board has issued the Phase 1 Seat allotment Results on 22 July 2021. The Online Self Reporting and Admission Fee Payment process has been completed from 23rd July 2021 to 27th Sept 2021.
2nd Phase Counselling Process:
After commencing the TS DOST First Phase Seat allotment Results, the registration of 2nd Counselling has started from 5th August 2021 to 18th August 2021. The Phase II web Options, Choice of Filling & Locking the Options has been done from 5th August 2021 to 18th August 2021. The Original Documents Scrutiny for PH and NCC category has completed on 26 August 2021. On 25th August 2021, the 2nd Seat allotment Results were declared by the Higher Officials.
To know more details like DOST 3rd Phase Counselling, Special Phase Counselling registration dates, Choice of filling & Locking the web Options and Results dates are clearly given on the Official portal. Aspirants can able to view the Complete Counselling Schedule and confirm the Seat at the allotted college.
Important Instructions:
1. After declaring the Seat allotment results, candidates will get the Allotted colleges list and details through SMS also.
2. To Confirm the College or lock the College, candidates need to pay the admissions fee as on given dates. The Admissions fee for TS DOST Admissions is Rs.500 or Rs.1000.
3. Aspirants who will get the Seat allotment in the government college will eligible for reimbursement and also they will not pay the Admission Fee also.
4. Candidates must complete the Registration Process before choosing the College and registration is a mandatory Process.
How to check Special Phase Seat allotment Results of TS DOST Online:
1st Step: To see the Special Phase Seat allotment Results and Approved colleges list of TS DOST Forth Counselling, aspirants must log in to the Official website i.e. https://dost.cgg.gov.in/.
2nd Step: And, go through the Candidates login Option which is placed on the left side of the home page.
3rd Step: Then, aspirants will have to provide the DOST ID, PIN, and Captcha code.
4th Step: Click on Sign Button and check the Phase-wise Seat allotment Results as well as the Approved college’s list.
Note: Special Phase Counselling Process is the Final step to choose the College to get admissions in BA/ BCom/ BSc/ BBA/ BCA and other Courses in Degree Online Services Telangana Board. Applicants who will not be allotted at the respective college will not allow getting admissions to the DOST board. You can get a seat in Management Quota or try for the next academic session.
