TS Free Drinking Water Scheme has launched by the Telangana IT Minister KTR Garu on 12th January 2021. After releasing the TS Rythu Bandhu amount, the Telangana state government has taken one more good decision and launched a New innovative scheme called Free Drinking Water Programme in Hyderabad.
Before GHMC Elections in Hyderabad, the TS honorable CM KCR Garu has promised to distribute free drinking water in Hyderabad. So, the TS IT Minister has Introduced this scheme today.
The IT Minister Kalvakuntla Tharaka Rama Rao (KTR) Garu was speaking after formally introducing the govt’s free drinking water programme at Rahmath Nagar on 12th January 2021 that all the municipal area rural and Urban area People will get the Zero Water bills at their doorsteps from February month onwards. No need to pay the Drinking water Bill Online or Offline, He said.
TS Free Drinking Water Scheme in Hyderabad Apply Online
A lot of schemes like Rythu Bandhu, Kalyana Laxmi, 1 KG free Rice to the poor people, Double Bedroom houses for eligible people all were being launched as promised by Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao, he said.
This is very good news to the Hyderabad people who are staying in rural and urban areas.
Around nine lakh Families are going to be benefited as per the provision of the Free Drinking Water Scheme in Hyderabad, He said. People who are staying in Slums and other areas in the GHMC division will no pay for the Drinking water from January month 2021, he said.
Telangana government has already released Rs.500 Crore special budget to implement for this New innovate programme in Hyderabad division, he said.
The safe Drinking Majeera Water will be supplied in Hyderabad from Godavari and Krishna rivers, He added.

- Under the Free Drinking Water Scheme, more than 9 lakh families will get free drinking water every month.
- People who are staying in Slums and other places in the Hyderabad GHMC division should not pay the Drinking water Bills from January 2021.
