Telangana Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar Garu has Launched the Slot Booking for TS Non-Agriculture Property registration on Friday. Telangana Chief Minister KCR Garu has stopped the Agriculture and Non-Agriculture registrations in November month 2020. After launching the Dharani TS Portal, the Telangana High Court has given permission for NAP Registrations. The NAP Registrations are purely an advanced Slot Booking System.
TS Non-Agriculture Property Registration Slot Booking Online Details
The state government of Telangana has Officially announced that initially twenty Four Slots can be booked in a single day at each Sub- register Office. The NAP Registrations Slot Bookings will be done online only by the TS Citizens after making the Full payment of requisite fees. Citizens should complete the full payment through the Telangana registration Portal only.
After launching the Non-Agriculture Property Slot Bookings, Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar Garu said that people should visit the respective Sub Register Office on the Slot booking date & time with the required documents. The Sub-register officers will not accept the Cash and direct Registrations without Slot Booking, He said.
Somesh Kumar Garu said that this New Online System called Non-Agriculture Property Slot Booking will reduce the work pressure and also avoid corruption in Telangana state. Under this New Process, Citizens can complete the registrations of their respective Non-agriculture properties without waiting, he added.

Step by Step Procedure of Telangana Non-Agriculture Property Registration Slot Booking:
1st Step: Citizens of Telangana who are required to do the NAP registrations should visit the Telangana registration portal i.e. https://registration.telangana.gov.in/.
2nd Step: Click on the “Slot Booking for Non- Agriculture Property” link and view the new page on the fresh browser.
3rd Step: Four options will be shown on display. They are EC, Prohibited Properties, Check Slot Availability, and Know your SRO.
4th Step: People can click on the Check Slot Availability Option.
5th Step: Then, People can select the District, SRO, Date & timings and book the Slot online. After booking the Slot, People should make the Payment Online via Debit / Credit/ Netbanking.
