So, the state government has introduced the new scheme namely Uttarakhand Migrant return Registration for the Citizens who were struggled for food and money in other states by providing financial assistance as well as food grains. Registration’s main motto is to arrange the facilities for 14 days Quarantine for the migrant labours after entering into the Uttarakhand border.
So, the Migrant workers can register your names online. The Online registration process will be done through the direct link which is https://dsclservices.org.in/uttarakhand-migrant-registration.php. Applicants who are willing to return from other states to Uttarakhand must enroll your names Online.
The Uttarakhand Migrant return application form will be shown on the Official site till 17th April 2020 only. So, migrant workers would enroll your names on or before 17th April 2020.

The state government of Uttarakhand honorable Chief minister Trivendra Singh Rawat Garu has launched the new scheme for the Migrant workers who wish to come back to the UK state after the pandemic of lockdown.
Due to the COVID-19 Crisis, more than 2 lakh Migrant Citizens have trapped in other states and struggling for food & money. And all Citizens wants to come back to Uttarakhand state. So, the Uttarakhand CM has introduced this scheme to arrange the facilities after entering the Uttarakhand state.
Objective:
The main objective of this scheme is to count the number of the Migrant Labours & wage workers who got struck in other states to arrange the fourteen days of Quarantine facilities in Uttarakhand.
Important Instructions:
- Citizens who are willing to come back to the UK state must enroll your names online.
- The Migrant workers who are going to register yourself must be a permanent citizen of Uttarakhand.
- Applicants must follow the state and central government guidance such as maintain the Social distancing, Wash hands every 30 minutes once and use a face mask while returning to the Uttarakhand state.
- The returnees should undergo 14 days of home Quarantine after arrival home.

The Process to Apply Online for this registration:
1st Step: First, Applicants must visit the Smart City Dehradun Official website i.e http://smartcitydehradun.uk.gov.in/
2nd Step: And next, you have to hit on the Migrant workers Covid19 Panjikaran link.
3rd Step: Then, a new UK migrant application form will be opened on the display. The application form cleared figure is shown below.
3rd Step: Next, the migrant Citizens must start to fill the details such as Personal Information, Present Location (Outside Uttarakhand), Family Member Details – Address in Uttarakhand, and Contact Person in Uttarakhand and then hit on the Submit button.
4th Step: After submitting the form, you will get the reference ID of UK Migrant registration to your registered mobile number. Citizens can use this Reference ID and track the application status.

Is offline form necessary fill in mumbai for go uttrakhand or online registration is enough.please assist as soon as possible.
Online migrant Registration is Mandatory. So, you can able to register yourself online. We don’t have any source to explain the offline process.

The Uttarakhand state govt has not updated the status link on its official portal. If your application gets approved you will receive SMS to your mobile number.

I have applied epass to get back my father and brother from uttrakhand to back to delhi. Who was stucked there from last 50days. They do not have any convenes to get back to delhi(Home).
So i have applied epass online so that i can drive by my own car and take them back to home from uttrakhand
I got my pass but i have applied for round way delhi to sunderkhal ramnagar and sunderkhal ramnagar to delhi back to my home.
But i got only delhi to sunderkhal ramnagar pass.

I had applied for the application on 1st May, till now there has been no response from our government. Already more than 1.65 lack people have registered on their site, I don’t understand why our government is taking this long in arranging trains and buses. We cannot even track the status of our application that’s the most frustrating part of all.
No Need to worry. The state govt will arrange bus and train facilities soon.
