YSR Aarogyasri Card Status: Andhra Pradesh state Health Care trust (APSHCT) has started by the Honorable AP CM Jaganmohan Reddy Garu in the year 2019 to give medical & Health insurance for the AP citizens. After winning the Assembly election in AP state, the YCRCP Party President Jaganmohan Reddy Garu has launched Navaratnalu schemes to give financial support for the below poverty line people.
Jaganmohan Reddy Garu has not only introduced 9 schemes but also he has started more Innovative Programme in his state. On 1st April 2007, the Late AP CM YS Rajasheker Reddy Garu has launched the YSR Aarogyasri Card scheme in Andhra Pradesh state.
His Son Jaganmohan Reddy Garu again re-launched this new programme in 2019. Under this Aarogyasri Health Card, People will get Free Health Treatment in the Network Hospitals across AP.

Latest news: In the View of Covid19 Situation, the state government has instructed the Private and government hospitals to start the new Isolated rooms/wards/ Blocks, and also Jagananna announced that Covid19 treatment will be included in the Aarogyasri Card. People who have Aarogyasri health Card can get the Covid19 treatment at the Network private hospitals.
Objective:
The main aim of the YSR Aarogyasri Card scheme is to give Qualify health treatment and Cashless treatment for the BPL and Poor families. Under this scheme, every eligible beneficiary will get free Health treatment for all diseases including Coronavirus at the Network Hospitals.
Eligibility:
YSR Aarogyasri Health Cards are not given to all Citizens of Andhra Pradesh. The AP State Health, Medical, and Family Welfare Department will conduct the Survey using the Aadhar Card and provide the Aarogyasri Health Cards. In the below section, we have listed the eligibility conditions to apply for a new Aarogyasri Card.
1. To avail the Facility of Aarogyasri Card, beneficiaries should be a citizen of Andhra Pradesh.
2. Only the People who have verified by the Health, Medical, and Family Welfare Department will allow applying for a new Health Card.
3. The Poor or Below Poverty line People will be eligible for this scheme.
4. Andhra Pradesh government employees are not applicable to this scheme.
5. White ration cardholders will be given first priority for this Health Card.

The Process to apply for YSR Aarogyasri Card / Aarogya Raksha Card Online:
1st Step: Beneficiaries who wish to apply for New YSR Aarogyasri Card / Aarogya Raksha should visit the direct link i.e. http://pull71.sps.ap.gov.in/AarogyaSri/pages/home.aspx or Go Here
2nd Step: Next, applicants will have to enter the Aadhar Card Number on the mentioned Blank. If your Survey is completed then a New YSR Aarogyasri application form will be shown on the display. If your Survey is not completed, you and your family member should visit the enumerator to complete the survey.
3rd Step: Now, Beneficiaries should start to enter the Personal details, Family Members’ details, Aadhar Card Numbers, Address, District, Village, Mobile number, Email ID, Ration Card (Rice Card) Number, and Property tax details.
4th Step: Before submitting the Aarogyasri new application, applicants need to Re-check the Complete details and hit on the submit button.
Aarogyasri Card status Online Checking Process:
1st Step: Visit the AP YSR Aarigyasri portal i.e. http://www.ysraarogyasri.ap.gov.in/.
2nd Step: Go through the EHS Section on the YSR Health Care trust Home page.
3rd Step: Click on the YSR Aarogyasri Card Status link.
4th Step: Provide the Beneficiaries Ration Card Number and application ID.
5th Step: Track the Status by hitting the Check Status button.
