Maharashtra NMMS Results: State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) of Maharashtra is gonna conduct the National Means cum Merit Scholarship (NMMS) exam on 14th March 2021 across the state of Maharashtra. Students who are ready to get scholarships from the Government of Maha for their further education can enroll their names Online.

Maharashtra NMMS Results 2022 for Class 8th

Maharashtra NMMS Exam:

With the orders from NCERT, SCERT of Maharashtra has released the Notification for the exam called NMMS which is monitored by the Ministry of Human Resources.

Students who are in need of scholarships need to write the MAT and SAT exams called NMMS and hence applied through the applications released online from 09th November 2021.

Later the written exam Admit Card has been released in the 3rd week of October 2021 and the final exam has completed in Maharashtra state on 8th December 2021.

What are the NMMS Scholarships:

Candidates need to promote to the next class in a single attempt up to the 12th class with a percentage of 55%. There are mainly 4 types of scholarships provided and they are like

1. Pre Matric Scholarship: For students studying from 1st to 10th class in Maharashtra

2. Post Matric Scholarship Scheme: For students who are in the 11th or 12th class or in courses like B.Tech, Medical, B. Com, ITI, B.SC, Diploma, etc.

3. Top Class Scholarship Scheme: These scholarships are for students studying in high-rated level colleges across India like IITs and IIMs.

4. Merit cum Means (MCM) Scheme: The Students who are doing Technical, professional, and other related courses at graduation and post-graduation levels will apply.

Exam Pattern:

There are 2 parts in the written exam of NMMS namely the Mental Aptitude Test and Scholastic Aptitude Test. Each exam is for 120 Minutes and 90 Marks. Each question carries 1 mark and there is no negative marking.

Pattern:

Part -1 (Mental Ability Test) -90 Marks – 120 Minutes

Mental Ability – 45 Marks

English – 20 Marks

Hindi – 25 Marks

Part -2 (Scholastic Aptitude Test)- 90 Marks – 120 Minutes

Science – 35 Marks

Social Studies – 35 Marks

Mathematics – 20 Marks

NMMS 8th December Answer Key:

The exam has been peacefully conducted and the students are now enthusiastic to know the correct answers from the internet. SCERT in Pune will be providing the set wise Answer key on the official site.

We can expect the answer key to be out by the end of December 2019 or in January 2020. We will provide you with the appropriate link to get the answer key.

Minimum cutoff marks:

Minimum Marks to be scored by the General category students in Maha NMMS Exams is 40% and it is 32% for the other Reserved Category candidates in the state.

Maha NMMS Results:

Candidates can download the March NMMS Exam Results from the Maharashtra SCERT website. The result date is expected in the month of April 2021.

2nd Step: Next, Students need to Search for the appropriate link of the NMMS 2019-20 result and click on it.

3rd Step: then, next Enter the registration number or Application number and password.

4th Step: Finally, Click on proceed and get results.
