Mukhyamantri Chiranjeevi Swasthya Bima scheme is the state government programme launched by the Rajasthan CM Sri Ashok Gehlot Ji Garu on 1st April 2021. Hospitalization is creating a huge expenditure for every person. So, the state government has launched the new yojana for the Poor and needy People.

Through this New Scheme, the Covid19 Treatment also will be covered. The Treatments for COVID 19 care, Hemodialysis, and many diseases are expensive. It becomes difficult for treatment unless a family can afford it.

Now, The Government of Rajasthan makes treatment affordable by introducing Mukhyamantri Chiranjeevi Swasthya Bima Yojana, “Health for all.” It will come to effect from 01, May 2021, International Workers Day. The MMCSBY Yojana is One of the best and first of its kind in India.

The state government of Rajasthan is also providing Health Insurance under the MMCSBY yojana for the families who are unregistered at National Food Security Act and Socio-Economic Census. And, it is suggesting to those people to enroll their names at the NFS Act and Socio-Economic Census immediately.

Mukhyamantri Chiranjeevi Swasthya Bima Yojana (MMCSBY) Details

The registration for MMCSBY Yojana 2021 has begun on 01 April 2021. The registered families can make an entry to register for Mukhyamantri Chiranjeevi Swasthya Bima Yojana from 01, May 2021 onwards.

CM Declares Health Scheme in State-budget Release:

Sri Ashok Gehlot Ji, Honorable CM of Rajasthan, makes an announcement in the State Budget on 24, February 2021 about the fund allocation for this scheme. A budget of INR 3500 is set aside, to bring about relief from hospitalization expenses. The scheme allows cashless cards to families who have this medical entitlement.

Every family in Rajasthan will receive an insurance cover up to five lakhs (INR 5, 000, 00). Thus, this cashless medical claim scheme establishes a safety net for every family to face unforeseen occurrences. The registration process began on 01, April 2021 and the scheme is effective from 01, May 2021.

Ayushman Bharat Mahatma Gandhi Rajasthan MMCSBY scheme covers all types of People such as contractual workers, Daily Labors, Small and marginal farmers, and other Poor beneficiaries. Subsequently, these families do come under the Mukhyamantri MMCSBY Yojana. They can avail all the medical facilities through the MMCSBY state govt scheme.

Family Premium for the Scheme:

The scheme provides the benefit of the cashless medical facility of INR 5, 000, 00. The categories do include beneficiaries of the NFS Act, Socio-Economic Census, Daily laborers, Construction wage Workers, and other Marginal farmers. These categories do obtain the medical facility with no premium payments.  

Other than these categories, families will be eligible for benefits of health care on a condition. They will have to make a 50 percent payment of the prevailing premium. That may sum up to INR 850 annually.

Features of the Scheme:

• Families are entitled to 1576 medical tests.
• The medical claim includes the treatment for various diseases.
• Under the New Programme, all eligible People will get free treatment five days before hospitalization.
• After discharge of the patient from the hospital, the medical claim covers medical expenses, tests, and medical packages for 15 days.
• The scheme allows patients to take free treatment on seeking admission in the government hospitals/private hospitals.
• The Scheme provides a list of hospitals in empanelment. 

Eligibility Criteria:

• The online enrolment of the scheme is permissible for residents of Rajasthan only.
• The beneficiary must have registration under NFSA and SECC categories.

The Process to Apply for MMCSBY Yojana Online?

1st Step: All Rajasthan State eligible beneficiaries who want to apply for the MMCSBY Yojana online should go through the direct link i.e. https://health.rajasthan.gov.in/mmcsby#.

2nd Step: Once reaching the MMCSY Home Page, beneficiaries should click on the Mukhyamantri Health Insurance Yojana registration link.

3rd Step: Applicants can read the instructions displayed on the MMCSBY Sub-Registration page and go through the main Registration page by hitting the Click Here button.

4th Step: Now, Citizens can view the steps given on ABMGRSBY Portal पर लॉग इन करने के लिए दिशा निर्देश one by one and click on the Redirect to SSO button.

5th Step: Next, applicants will get the Rajasthan Single Sign On (SSO) Page. To complete the Rajasthan SSO Registration, people can read the Complete details here.

Note: It is to be noted that after completion of the Mukhyamantri Chiranjeevi Swasthya Bima Online registration, the MMCSBY Policy Bond and etc will be sent to the applicant’s registered email ID.

1st Step: To apply for the MMCSBY scheme Logo Competition, the competitors can visit the same link listed above.

2nd Step: And, Go through the Logo submission page by hitting the Click Here button.

3rd Step: Now, beneficiaries will get the Ayushman Bharat page. Here, you need to enter the details such as Name, Mobile Number, Email ID, District, Address & upload ID, Logo of the applicant, and click on the Submit button.

Important Note:

Under the MMCSBY Scheme, all Families who want to avail the benefits of the scheme should complete the single-time Registration. For fresh registrations, Beneficiaries should carry along, Janadhar Card and Aadhaar Card, and other required documents.

All eligible Families from Rajasthan state can make sure to finish registration on SSO ID or e-Mitra through Janadhar linked platform. Camps are set up at the Village Panchayat Level (between 01, April 2021 and 10, April 2021) and at the ward level in the Urban areas.

In addition to, for the success of the scheme, registration camps are formed at the district level under the supervision of the district collector, and subdivision officer at the block level as well.
