Telangana Migrant Registration Return Online Form: The Telangana state CM K Chandrasekhar Rao (KCR) Garu has requested the Railway department to arrange 40 trains for the Migrants workers, labours, students to return to their respective states.
As a request of the Telangana govt, the Indian Railway Department has arranged 40 special trains to run from Telangana to various states to ferry Migrants workers, labours, tourists, and students to their native places during the Period of lockdown. The CM has instructed the higher officials to manage the travel of Migrant People, labour, and workers on the behalf of the state govt.
The trains will be started at various railway stations such as Hyderabad, Warangal, Khammam, Nizamabad, Nalgonda, and other places in the TS state. According to the recent report, around 10 lakh migrant workers and students are waiting to go to their homelands such as Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Mumbai, Gujarat, and other respective states from TS.

Due to the Increase of Positive Cases in Telangana state, the CM KCR Garu will plan to extend the lockdown till 22nd May 2020. Officially, the Lockdown Extention dates are not released till now. But we are expecting that the lockdown will be extended to May 22nd, 2020.
Due to the lockdown, Migrant workers are facing more problems in Telangana. So, the Honorable Chief Minister Kalvakuntla Chandrashekar Rao Garu talked with the South India Railway general manager Gajanan Mallya and asked him to line up 40 Special trains for migrant labours and students.
Finally, the Railway General Manager Gajanan Mallya has granted permission to arrange fourth trains and send a message via Twitter. And there are no Charges for traveling to their respective states, he said, The Indian railway department will provide free food and water bottles for migrant workers.
Migrant workers who wish to go to their native places must register their names at the local police station before leaving Telangana. The Police Control room will provide the NOC Certificate to the Migrant workers to go back to their homeland. So, People must register their names online or near the local police station. It is mandatory for everyone. Otherwise, the railway department will not allow traveling.
CM KCR Garu suggested to the Migrant workers who intend to return to their native places that not feel panic as the state govt of Telangana had arranged food and other felicities.

How to apply for Telangana TSP Koopid (Curfew) ePass Online?
TS State Citizens who want to go for emergency workers & essentials services during the period of Curfew must apply for e-pass which is issued by the TS Police Department. The TS e-pass Online application Process has given below. Please follow them and get TS epass for your essentials services only.
1st step: First, citizens must visit the direct link i.e. https://epass-svc.app.koopid.ai/ or Go here
2nd Step: Enter the valid Mobile number, Re-enter Mobile Number, and click on Validate mobile number.
3rd step: A application form will appear on the screen. Fill in the Complete form by providing the below-listed details on the application form.

4th Step: And next, upload the Identity proofs such as Photo and Aadhar card/ Driving Licence/ PAN Card, etc and hit on the Submit button.
5th Step: TS police Department will verify the details and send the TS Epass reference Number to your registered mobile number within 2 to 3 hours.
How to take print TSP e-pass Online?
1st Step: After getting the reference number, Citizens must visit the TS police portal i.e. https://policeportal.tspolice.gov.in/.
2nd Step: And next, you have to hit on the “Click here for Citizens Print Pass” link.
3rd Step: Then, Enter your reference number on the given blank and Click on the Submit option.
4th Step: Finally, download TSP essential e-pass Online and take a print for further use.

Ok I will help you to upload photo download Qreduce lite app from Google playstore then select the photo in it enter 100 kb then enter ok then save the image because you can upload the photo of only 100 kb and your photo uploading is more than that.

Request for issuing the e-pass for dropping me at Hyderabad in a car. Can submit all proofs of mother surgery and discharge. Please help me in getting a vehicle pass along with driver and me only.

Hi Admin, unable to upload the photo as it is 100kb also.if possible you can remove the option for uploading photo. due to this we are unable to to travel for urgency situation also .
Once form submitted we can send photo through in some other ways like whatsapp ,etc.
Currently, the Photo upload option is not working due to internal issues. We will notify Soon here after solving the issue.
