PMAY Status: Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Scheme was launched by the honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi Garu in the year 2015 for the Urban and Gramin area People.
The main objective of the PMAY scheme is to provide the Subsidy up to 2.5 lakhs for the new house buyers of Urban and Rural area beneficiaries. And this scheme will be applicable to the people who don’t have Own house. The Subsidy amount of Rs.2.5 lakhs will be added to the beneficiary’s loan account.
For Example, If you have taken a Housing loan up to 25 lakhs under this scheme overall you need to pay 22.5 lakhs loan amount in the given period to the respective bank. The remaining amount of Rs.2.5 lakhs will be added from the PMAY scheme account.
PMAY Status 2021 PM Awas Yojana list Apply Online
Under this Scheme, more than 1 crore people were benefited from 2015 year to 2020. The Phase 1 period of the PM Awas Yojana scheme is April 2015 to March 2017, phase 2 period of PMAY is April 2015 to March 2017.
In the same way, the 3rd Phase time duration is April 2019 to March 2022. Already, Urban and Gramin area People have received phase 1 and phase 2 amount to their loan accounts. Only the phase 3 period amount is now pending. It will be credited to their respective account till March 2022.

- The Beneficiary family income must be less than 5 lakhs.
- The ownership of the house must be a member of the Female to avail of this Scheme benefit.
- The applicant’s maximum age limit is seventy years.
- The Central & State government people are not eligible for this scheme.
- The EWS / Lower Income Group (LIG)/ Middle Income Group (MIG)- I and MIG- II people also will eligible as per their annual income.

How to Check PMAY Status 2021?
1st Step: Applicants who have applied to PMAY Scheme to get a Subsidy at 2.5 lakhs must visit the PMAY official website i.e. www.pmaymis.gov.in.
2nd Step: And next, beneficiaries should tap on the Citizen Assignment option and click on Track your assignment Status.
3rd step: Then, applicants will get two options such as By Name, Father’s Name & Mobile No, and By Assessment ID.
4th Step: If you select the “By Assessment ID” option, then you have to enter the assignment ID and mobile number. And Click on the Submit button.
5th Step: Or else, If you select the “By Name, Father’s Name & Mobile No” then you need to provide State, District, Village, Mobile number, and City name and click on the Submit button.
6th Step: Finally, applicants can check the status of the PMAY application.
The Process to search PMAY Beneficiaries list 2021:
The applicants can search the PMAY beneficiaries list for the phase 3 period by following the steps mentioned below.
1st Step: First, Citizens can go through the PMAY Official website i.e. wwwpmaymis.gov.in.
2nd Step: After entering the PMAY MIS website, applicants can tap on Search Beneficiary and then hit on the Search by Name link and open them on the new page.
3rd Step: And then, enter the Aadhar Number and Click on the Show button.
4th Step: The PMAY list results will be shown on the display.
