IIIT Basara 1st, 2nd Selection List 2023-2024 (Phase-1, 2 List Dates Counselling)
IIIT Basara 1st Selection List for the academic session 2023-2024 has been released by the Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies on 19th August 2021 for Admissions to the 6 years Integrated Graduation scheme.
The Provisionally Selected Candidates List for first Counselling like Phase 1 has been released by the higher Officials through their Official website i.e. www.Rgukt.ac.in on today.
So, all students who have registered online and offline to obtain admissions in six years of Integrated courses in IIIT Basara Institution can now check the Provisionally Selected Candidates List for first Counselling from the below listed following link.
IIIT Basara 1st Selection List 2023-24 (Phase-2 Counselling List Date)
On 1st August 2021, the Official Notification of IIIT Basara Admissions has released by the RGUKT Board. And, it has started inviting the filled applications from the interested 10th Class Qualified students through two different modes like Online and Offline.
The RGUKT Officials have given time to apply for IIIT Admissions from 2nd August to 12th August 2021. The receiving of the Hard copy’s last date is 6th October 2021. Successfully, a large number of students have participated in the Online Registration Process and submitted their filled IIIT Courses admission forms to get admissions to the 6 years B. Tech Integrated programme.
In the Month of October, the RGUKT Board has released the Merit list of First Phase Counselling. The 2nd Phase IIIT Basara Counselling Merit list / Shortlisted candidate’s names will be revealed in the 1st week of November 2021.
The RGUKT Officials will provide complete activities and other information such as Examinations, Schedule, Time table, Syllabus, Admission Process, Merit List, and Provisionally Selected student’s details through their Authorised portal which is www.rgukt.ac.in.
Required Documents to be Carried:
Students who have been shortlisted for Phase 1 and Phase 2 Counsellings must bring their Original and Xerox copies to the IIIT Basara Institute to Complete the admissions process. The list of Documents are given below.
- SSC/ 10th Class Original Hall ticket
- Transfer Certificate (TC)
- Grand Sheet of 10th Class examination.
- Class 4th to 10th Bonafide Certificate
- Income Certificate
- Identity Proof of the Student
- Caste or Community Certificate
- Two Passport Size Photos
Admissions Process:
The Admission Process to IIIT Basara Institute will be done based on the Merit list. Students who have Provisionally shortlisted on the IIIT Basara 1st and 2nd Phase Counselling for the academic year 2021-22 will be intimate by RGUKT Board.
To complete the admissions process, the selected students must bring the required documents and pay the Tuition fee, Registration Fee as well as Insurance Fees. The grand total admission fee for SC / ST is Rs.40,200 and OC/ OBC is Rs.40700.
Fee Structure:
The Students who have been selected on the First Selection list must pay the Admission Fee as per the following schedule. The Complete Fee Structure of IIIT Basara Admissions will depend on the Categories.
The Students who want to get admission to six years Integrated B.tech Program must pay the Fee as per the below-given scheme.

Steps to download the IIIT Basara Phase 1, 2 Selection List:
1st Step: To view the IIIT Basara Phase 1 and Phase 2 Provisionally Selected applicants List, candidates must visit the official website i.e. https://www.rgukt.ac.in/.
2nd Step: And, click on the links of the Provisionally Selected Candidates list For Phase 1 and Phase 2 Counselling on the home page.
3rd Step: Then, Students can download the Provincially Selected applicants PDF File and find out their Name or Application number on the given list.
