JDA Housing Scheme: Rajasthan State government has come down with the new Scheme namely JDA Jaipur Housing Scheme to Provide Housing Units to all Poor and homeless People in the Jaipur region. And this Scheme is implemented by the State Government of Rajasthan.
The Main Objective of this Scheme is to give the best Housing Facilities to all the needy and below poverty line People. The Scheme is only applicable to the people whose income must be less than 1 lakh and below.
JDA Jaipur Housing Scheme Apply Online Details:
The Jaipur Housing Authority will provide the Housing Units and also allot the flats based on their Categories. So Beneficiaries who Want to apply for JDA Jaipur Housing Scheme can go through the Official link and register their names with the Proper Credentials. The Online registration for Jaipur Housing Scheme has Started on 28th February 2020.
And this Scheme will close on 30th March 2020. Lottery Drawn Date is 15th April 2020. So Beneficiaries can utilize this Scheme and apply online on or before the mentioned dates. The Jaipur Housing Authority will select the beneficiaries through Lottery Draw System.
After Completing the Lottery Draw System, the Government of Rajasthan will list out the lucky People’s names through their Official website which is www.service.jaipurjda.org/.

Eligibility:
1. Beneficiaries who want to apply for this Scheme must be a resident of Rajasthan State.
2. No other State applicants will eligible for this Scheme.
3. Applicants must have Aadhar Card.
4. No applicants will have any other Properties like Plot or House.
5. Beneficiaries’ age must be in between 18 to 55 years to register their names against this Scheme.
6. Applicants must hold the Bank account Number.

JDA Jaipur Housing Scheme Registration Process:
Beneficiaries who are Interested to register their names to avail the benefits of the Scheme from Jaipur Housing Authority must follow the Step by Step Process which we provided below and apply Online.
1st Step: Beneficiaries should visit the Official website of Jaipur JDA Services i.e. http://service.jaipurjda.org.
2nd Step: And then, Click on Apply for Registration/ Application link. After that, you will get the Form.
3rd Step: Applicants can enter their name and Mobile Number and then click on Send OTP. Here applicants can provide the OTP Number in the Mentioned box.
4th Step: Finally, Beneficiaries will redirect the application form Page. Applicants can start to provide the details like Name of the Beneficiaries, Father name, age, Address, Pin Code, Gender, Bank account number, IFSC Code and Captcha. And then Click on the Submit option.
5th Step: After Submitting the application form, candidates will get the residential Scheme list. Here you have to Select your Category and Annual Income Digit and then click on proceed.
6th Step: In this Stage, applicants can pay the registration Fee online modes like Netbanking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card. And Click on Pay online. After Completion of the Payment process, People need to download the payment Slip as well as the application ID.
