Documents Submission at Nearest Office:
The following are the documents that reflect Age certificate, identity documents, caste certificate of the applicant. Hence, an applicant must submit any of the following documents as per the requirement at the nearest government office. Xerox copies of the documents should be submitted along with the New J&K ration card application form.
Aadhaar Card (Scanned copy), Age certificate, Bank passbook, Caste certificate, Family income proof, Gas Connection Details, Identity Documents, Voter ID, Pan Card, driving license, Previous electricity bill, Recent passport size photo, Self-declaration, and certificate issued by ward councilor/ head Tenancy Agreement (if applicable), Valid Mobile Number / Email ID.

The State govt of Jammu & Kashmir has made the JK ration cards digital. A ration cardholder can make a check in the procedure as described below.
1st Step: Visit the official website link i.e. http://jkfcsca.gov.in/
2nd Step: The beneficiaries will enter on the JKFCSCA Home page and Click on ePDS reports Option.
3rd Step: Further, the beneficiary must click on the reports (ePDS) link and view all reports on the fresh window.
4th Step: A new webpage opens on the screen and the beneficiary is asked to click on the ration Card Drilldown report.
5th Step: On the computer screen, the beneficiary can view district-wise J&K ration cards. Next, the beneficiary can make a selection of the district as shown below.
6th Step: Once you select the District, the beneficiaries will get the Ration Card Report (AFSO Wise) on the screen. A beneficiary must click on the AFSO name and view the page on the new tab.
7th Step: Once you get the Ration Card Report (FPS Wise) page, a beneficiary must click the FPS ID to open the J&K ration card list.
8th Step: A beneficiary when clicks on the columns that specify BPL, AAY, PHH for specific data on display. Beneficiaries can hit on the view and check the ration card details.
9th Step: Further, a beneficiary can have a printout of the details. The printout option is below the J& K ration card list.
The Process to track Application Status Online:
A beneficiary can click view the application status by following a simple procedure.
1st Step: To track the Ration Card application status, a beneficiary must click the official website link.
2nd Step: On the JKFCSCA main page, the beneficiaries can go through the epds Reports and make a hit on the Report (EPDS) option as shown below.
3rd Step: A beneficiary will enter the next webpage. Here, the beneficiary will have to click the ‘Ration Card Application Status Report.’ link.
4th Step: The beneficiary will have to Select the District, From date, To Date, and click on generate report option.
5th Step: The report on the ‘Application Status.’ Will be generated. Beneficiaries can check the status and take a print for further use.
Beneficiary’s Ration Card Search:
1st step: open the Department of Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs official website i.e. www.jk.epds.nic.in.
2nd Step: The beneficiary will have to click on the ‘online services option.’
3rd step: The beneficiary must select the ‘online ration card management system, ePDS.’ Link.
4th Step: The beneficiary must click the ‘other’ option and click the ‘ration card search option.’
5th Step: The beneficiary must select ‘click here to view ration card details,’ or ‘click here to search with FPS.’
6th Step: If a beneficiary decides to click on ‘click here to view ration card details’ then further the beneficiary must choose ‘click here to enter ration card number’ or ‘click to enter Old RC NO.’
7th Step; However, the beneficiary must enter the ration card number and click the search option. The information on the ration card will be on display. (or)
8th Step: The beneficiary can also search for a ‘ration card.’ By using FPS. In case, a beneficiary wants to find a ration card then the beneficiary must choose ‘Click here to search with FPS’ then,
9th Step: Enter the beneficiary will have to select the following: District, Taluk/Tehsil/Sub District, FPS, Card Type, and Beneficiary must click the ‘Continue Option,’ a list of the ration cards will appear.
District Grievance Redressal Officers: In order to check for the district grievance redressal officers, the beneficiary will have to click the link provided in the web portal. Immediately, a list of the Redressal Officers will be on the webpage display.
J&K Ration Card Application:
1. Visit the JK FCSCA Official website i.e. http://jkfcsca.gov.in/
2. Click the download forms option, and select the ‘forms for general public’ option.
3. Select the ‘Application form for getting ration card’ to open the form.
4. An applicant can fill in the details of the application and take a download of it.
5. An applicant must collect necessary documents and submit them along with the application at the nearest office.
