Spandana AP Migrant Registration Form AP Curfew e-Pass Status
Spandana AP Migrant Registration Form has initiated by the Department of Police Andhra Pradesh to give permission to the Migrant workers who have trapped inside the AP as well as outside of the state. Several Migrant Labours and Students are staying far away from their homes and family members due to the Lockdown Pandemic.
And the Migrants don’t have any shelter to stay in trapped places and also they are facing so many problems due to the Covid19 Pandemic.
The State govt of Andhra Pradesh has understood their grief and it has introduced the scheme namely Spandana AP Migrant Registration Online Form for the Shramik People who have stranded in AP State.
The state govt of AP Honorable Chief Minister Jaganmohan Reddy Garu has launched this new scheme and instructed the police department to take care of the Migrant and Shramik People.
Spandana AP Migrant Registration Form Apply Online
Andhra Pradesh and Telangana state governments have decided to arrange special trains for Shramik People to send to their respective places during the period of lockdown. According to the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) Circulation, all states Shramik People, Students, and tourists who have stranded in other states and countries are allowed to return to their homelands by train or bus, or walk.
So, Shramik Migrants and Students who wish to go back to their native place can find the Migrant registration form through the Spandana web portal.
There are 2 types of applications available on the Spandana Portal. The first one is for Migrants who got struck in AP state and another one is for Shramik Migrants who have stranded outside of AP. To register their names on this form, migrants can head over to the official website i.e. www.spandana.ap.gov.in.
Objective:
The main intention of this online registration is to count the Number of Migrants stranded outside of AP as well as inside of Andhra Pradesh and also provide alternative arrangements to send the migrants to their places.
Important Instructions:
1. The Shramik People need to provide all details in the registration form without missing such as Name, address and etc.
2. Applicants must enter a genuine reason for traveling to Andhra Pradesh/
3. Shramik Migrants must give a valid mobile number for further verification purposes.
4. The Migrant Students, tourists, Labours, Daily workers must show the doctor’s certificate with no symptoms of Covid19.
5. After reaching the homeland, the Shramik Migrants and students must be quarantined for 21 days at the state borders.
6. Everyone should maintain social distancing, Ware face mark, and wash hards for every 20 min while traveling by train.

Q 1: Is this Spandana Shramik application is mandatory for all Migrants who wish to go back to their homes?
Answer: Yes. It is Mandatory registration for Migrants. Without registration, the state govt will not allow sending to your home place.
Q 2: Why state govt has launched this online Migrant Form?
Answer: The AP State govt has decided to take a step forward by filling the online application form is to move the migrants to their states and put a full stop to this situation.
Q 3: Is there any Offline registration Process for Spandana AP Migrant Registration?

The Process to apply for Spandana AP Migrant Registration:
1st Step: First, the Shramik People should head over the Official website i.e. www.spandana.ap.gov.in or http://spandana1.ap.gov.in/Registration/onlineRegistration
2nd step: And click on the Covid19 Movember of People link and then select the Online registration.
3rd Step: Open up the application form on the fresh browser and start to fill the details such as Migrant Type, Personal Information, AP Address, and Other Information and then hit on the Submit button.
4th Step: After Submitting the form, the Shramik people will get a seven-digit reference ID. Applicants can utilize this ID Number and track the AP Migrant Covid19 Movement of People application status online.
How to apply for AP Curfew e-Pass Online?
1st Step. First, Citizens of AP who want to apply for Emergency Curfew e-pass online must visit the direct link i.e. https://gramawardsachivalayam.ap.gov.in/CVPASSAPP/CV/CVLOGIN.
2nd Step: And, enter your registered mobile number and OTP. Then, log in to the web page.
3rd Step: Fill in the details on the E-pass application form such as Name, Father Name, Mobile Number, Email ID, Vehicle Number, From date To date, Purpose of visit and etc.
4th Step: After filling in the details hit on the Submit button. If your application gets approved by the AP police then you will get the epass through Email.
The Process to track Spandana Migrant Registration Status:
1. To know the Spandana Migrant Citizen Search Status must go through the link i.e. http://spandana1.ap.gov.in/Registration/citizensearchstatus.aspx.
2. And, Enter the Registration Number on the mentioned blank.
3. Hit on the Get Details button and Check the Citizens application status.
We have done registration for movement from Visakhapatnam to Delhi and got the application number, but unable to check the status. From which site I can check the status with the application number.

I went ahead to Airport with my status as “ACCEPTED AND WAITING FOR PASS APPROVAL”. Indigo people took the details of my e-pass and they allowed me and few others also with this status as ACCEPTED.
By the time I got down in Vijayawada I received e-pass which has the flight details in it also. I believe Indigo people might have updated something. I was kept under institutional quarantine for a week and my test results shows -ve for COVID-19.
Not sure if this will be the same case for everyone. Please cross check with someone else also. I think if you are planning to come by road to AP, you need to definitely have a e-pass.

I went ahead to Airport with my status as “Accepted and waiting for pass approval”. Indigo people took my application details and allowed me and few others also with same status. By the same I got down in Vijayawada, I got e-pass generated with flight details also. So I believe Indigo people might have done something in this aspect.
This might be the case now as I travelled on June 2nd and I was kept under institutional quarantine for 7 days till I was tested -ve for COVID-19. So please cross check with others before taking a decision on travel.

As we planned for the darshan of Tirumala Lord Sri Venkateshwara on 26th June 2020 so we had applied for pass in spandana Epass Portal to enter in to the Tirupathi but we came to know that it is valid upto 7 days from applied date(i.e 17th june 2020) and one more concern from us is we got the approval details of only one member.so can you please suggest a solution on this.

If you are travelling using public Road transportation like bus (APSRTC), then you don’t need e-pass. You need to carry with Aadhaar, which will be used to note details of address and proof. Also they will collect swab from nose at state border.

Today I need to start from home, but e-pass not yet approved, still “ACCEPTED WAITING FOR PASS APPROVAL” AP government is eye washing the people for creating spandana portal, I have called toll free number and tried all other ways, but no response.
If you are not willing to allow other state people to visit Thirumala directly ask them to don’t come until the situation is resolved.
Due to this I have lost 1200 rupees Thirumala dharshan ticket booking, Also TTD Devatanam not willing to repay the amount.
How dare AP doing like this. I heard that Mr. Chandrashekar Chief Minister govt is doing well, but now I clearly understand what is going on.

I have applied epass on June 20 for thirumala dharshan, epass is yet not approved, my dharshan ticket rs 1200 waste. I heard that Mr Jegan Mohan Reddy govt is doing great, but now I clearly understand that. Thank you AP Govt for doing like this. Who will give my dharshan ticket money 1200, when I check with TTD devastanam, they won’t send the money back to me.

I have already raised an e-pass on the 15th June as it was mentioned flight should be booked post approved e-pass confirmation received but later I realised the validity is only for 7 days and my flight is scheduled on 3rd July.
However I got my initial e-pass approved within 12 hrs but I have reapplied it today and it’s still showing pending with command control Center, covid 19. I am now worried as my flight is due in 2 days.
None of the helpline numbers are working. Kindly help to process my e-pass latest by tomorrow morning pls. My application number is 1503173

I have to travel to Rayagada (Odisha) via Visakhapatnam.
I was not aware of the e-pass system. My flight is on 3rd of July. I got an email yesterday saying, I have to register in AP spandana portal. I have registered the same today. However, It would be very urgent to have these approvals ready by tomorrow evening. Can you just approve the same if you can?

i have applied for e-pass of my parents was struck at Hyderabad from last 4 months and i need to drop my home town . I have got a message that application number1521776 is successfully registered and its showing “ACCEPTED AND WAITING FOR PASS APPROVAL”. From last four months my parents was stucked. Actually they need to visit every month ECHS ARMY hospital. Please approve ASAP my parents need general health check-up. My parents are using same tablets from last 4 four months. We need to check with ECHS ARMY doctor w.r.t dose.

You should get a message from the GOVT that the registration is completed along with the Registration Number. If you have not received, your application is not registered.

Please track the epass application Status through the Spandana portal. And, the officials will send you the SMS to the registered mobile number after the verification get finished.

I took the epass on 13th July to visit Tirumala and it was successful. But now i want to visit my In-Laws place as my mother in law is not feeling well. But when i tried apply for the pass, i am getting the message “Already Registered with Same Mobile No. Please try Again!!!”. I tried with other number of mine but still i see the same message.

need to travel to amlapuram via rajhamundry by flight on the 9th. the instruction from the airline says to register in spandana. though there is no link found to register in either spandana.ap.gov.in or in the mobile app. and if you visit the old.spandana site the links for registration are not working.
