NHTS is also known National Health Tracking System. There are three main reports of NHTS Presented on the WDSW website every time.
They are:
- Data Entry Status Report of NHTS
- Monthly Services Entry Status Report of NHTS

The Process to check the NHTS Data Entry Status Report Online:
1st Step: Visit the e-sadhana TG website direct link i.e. https://wdcw.tg.nic.in/e-sadhanatg/index.html
2nd Step: Go to the NHTS Block and hit on the NHTS Data Entry Status Report link.
3rd Step: Select the District, Project, and Sector and track the Data entry status of the NHTS by hitting the export excel button.

The Process to Find TS Anganwadi Centers near your Place:
1st Step: To search the Anganwadi Centers near your place, first people should visit the e-sadhana Telangana website i.e. https://wdcw.tg.nic.in/e-sadhanatg/index.html.
2nd Step: On the WDCW Home page, People can click on the Anganwadi Centers at your place.
3rd Step: Select your search options like “Mandal and Revenue Village-wise” or “ICDS Project and Sector-wise”.
4th Step: If you Select the Mandal and Revenue Village-wise, you will get the three options on the screen as shown below.
5th Step: Now, Users should select District, Mandal, Village and get the details of the Anganwadi near your place.
Register to apply for Transfer Request via AP WDCW Portal:
1st Step: Visit the e-sadhana Andhra Pradesh website i.e. https://wdcw.ap.gov.in/Transfers/LoginForms/LoginPage.aspx
2nd Step: Click on the link to the “Register to apply for the Transfer request” link.

m-Anganwadi Login Process:
1. To log in to the m-anganwad page, users should visit the e-sadhana website.
2. Once you open up the e-Sadhana TG Portal, you need to click on the m-Anganwadi option and view it on the fresh browser.
3. Now, users should enter the registered mobile number, Password and login to the m-anganwadi page by hitting the submit button.
