Maharashtra Ration Card: The Maharashtra State Government has come up with the new Scheme namely Maharashtra Ration Card which mainly helps the Maha State Poor People.
Food Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection Department, Maharashtra has launched the Ration Card Scheme to provide food and other miscellaneous items to all the eligible Maharashtra Formers and Poor People.
The Maharashtra Food Card or Ration Card Scheme’s main intention is to give Support to the Poor and needy people who are struggling for food grains and other commodities.
Maharashtra Ration Card 2021 Status Apply Online
Beneficiaries who are eligible for this Scheme will get rice and food grains at government Subsidy prices. So Candidates can apply for New Maharashtra Ration Card through the Official website. The ration will be distributed by DPO’s to the ration card holders every month of 1st week or 2nd week.
Types of Maha Food card or ration card:
The Maharashtra State govt has prepared 3 Types of ration cards as the Yellow Ration Card, the saffron card, and the White ration card. The Yellow ration card will be distributed by the Food Civil Supplies department for BPL Category Beneficiaries.
And the BPL Category Beneficiary’s annual income must be less than Rs.15000. The Saffron card will issue to People whose annual income is less than 1 lakh. And the ALP Category People will get the white ration Card.

The objection of this Scheme:
To help the maha State Poor and economically backward citizens by providing the daily necessary items like Rice, Wheat, Coarse Grains, Suger, and Soaps. And these items will issue to all types of Cardholders Such as white card, Saffron cards, and Yellow ration cards.
Required Documents to Apply for Maha AePDS Ration Card:
- Aadhar Card or Voter ID Card of the main person of the family.
- Family Group Photo
- Address Proof of the Citizen
- Electricity Bill.
- Family Annual Income Certificate issued by MRO.
- Caste Certificate
Eligibilities:
1. Maha State beneficiaries must have an Orignal Aadhar Card issued by the Central govt.
2. Applicants should Stay in Maharashtra State Only and they must have a Permanent address.
3. Candidates should not have any other food Cards issued by State and Central govt.
4. State and Central Government and Top MNC Company Job holders will not eligible to apply for this Scheme.

1st Step: First Beneficiaries must visit the Official Portals i.e. http://mahafood.gov.in or http://mahaepos.gov.in/.
2nd Step: Search new Ration Card Online apply Link.
3rd Step: Open the link and start to give details of the beneficiaries and also attach all the required documents like Family group Photo, Aadhar Card, Address Proof.
4th Step: Finally, Click on the Submit button and also download the Online filled application form to Check the Status of the ration card in the future.
