TS Meeseva Portal is a public service website that helps the Citizens of Telanagana to pay Online Bills and apply for the new schemes launched by the TS State govt. There are 69 public services offered by this portal. TS/ TG Mee Seva Centers were established by the Telangana state government.
The Telugu States such as Andhra Pradesh and Telangana were introduced the Mee Seva Kendrams to provide 69 different services for the Common People. The list of TS mee Seva Online Services are provided by us at the bottom of this article. Interested Citizens can use the Mee Seva Portal and apply for your required Service.
TS Meeseva Portal 2.0 T-app Folio Online Services Details:
Mee Seva is the state government organization and it is the “govt to citizens (G2C)” as well as “citizen to govt (C2G)” services offered by the Telangana state. On 4th November 2011, the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandra Babu Naidu Garu has launched the first Mee Seva Center in Chittur District and started different public services. After the separation of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh states in the year 2014, the Meesava services also were bifurcated in both Telugu states.
T App Folio:
On 28th February 2018, the Telangana IT Minister K. T. Rama Rao Garu has introduced the T Folio Mobile application to provide 180 Online Public services from the Single Platform. T App Folio Mee Seva 2.0 offers different online Services such as Fee Payments, Aadhar Card or Identity proof apply, Bill Payments, RTA Services and etc.
Citizens can use the T Folia Mobile app and use the 180 Online Mee Seva Services. The Main Objective of this mobile app is to provide Online government Services without delay. This app will reduce the time limit to get govt services.
The process to download T App Folio:
To access the 180 Online government Services from the Single mobile app, Citizens must go to the Google Play Store or Go Here. And Click on Install Button and access the Mobile app by sign up with a valid mobile number.

How to download Mee Seva online Services Application Forms:
1st Step: Citizens of TS State must go through the Meesava Portal i.e. https://ts.meeseva.telangana.gov.in/meeseva/home.htm#.
2nd Step: Click on the link of Application Forms which is located on the left side of the Meeseva Page.
3rd Step: Check the list of the Meeseva application forms and click on the given Service.
4th Step: Download the Application form and apply for your required service.
How to track application Status through the Meeseva Portal?
1. Applicants who have applied for the above-listed services through the Meeseva portal must visit the Mee Seva website i.e. https://ts.meeseva.telangana.gov.in/meeseva/home.htm#.
2. And, check the Search for Services, Meeseva Certificate as well as Know your Application Status Options on Screen.
3. Then, Enter the application number of the 3rd Option and track the application Status Online.

I did a transaction in February 2021 to change the address for my DR. The first transaction got failed but the amount debited. It’s been 4 months and my amount not refunded yet. I’ve been following up with T-app through email and toll free number but no proper response. what should I do????
