AP Employee Pay Slip or Monthly-wise Salary Slip will be made available on the Andhra Pradesh Treasury Portal i.e. www.treasury.ap.gov.in. Employees of AP should download the Monthly wise or Quarterly wise Salary Slips through this web portal.
AP Treasury Department has developed this web portal to issue the salary slips for all government service employees Online. All category govt employees will allow obtaining the Employee salary slip online. To obtain the Payslip via Treasury Portal, the employee should feed the EMP Code or Employee code.
AP Employee Pay Slip 2022 Salary Slip app Download
All Employees of Andhra Pradesh are requested to obtain the Payslip through the Official CFMS website and check the Net Pay, Deductions and etc. The Salary Slip would be given in the Excel Sheet mode. Employees can download the excel Sheet and take print of the Salary slip online.
The Treasury Department of AP every month records the employee or teacher’s salary details and updates their treasury portal up to date. So, employees or teachers should not go to officials’ offices directly for the Salary Slips. You can able to download the monthly Pay slips via the CFMS portal.
Earnings:
The earning section contains the actual salary which is being credited in the Employee Salary slip. Actual salary is the basic salary which will be given annual Basic payment to an employee. The state government will be given the basic Pay to the employee every month and it is the constant payment. It will not decrease at all.
The earning second section contains allowances which are a profit of the basic payment. The allowance is the extra source of income for the employee and it will be added to the Basic payment by the state government.
The third section of the earnings is the House Rent Allowance (HRA). The HRS is not constant earnings. It will be varied based on the respective project. Thus, these 3 types of sections will be given on the Pay Slip of all employees.
Deductions:
Every state or Central government employee will get the Deductions from the complete salary. The Provident Fund (PA), Medical Insurance which is claimed on the employee and their family members, and Income tax will be deducted from the employee earnings. The Income-tax can be claimed by submitting the proper documents to the state govt.
Loans:
Payslip will help the employees to get the Home loan, Personal Loan, and Vehicle loans. Payslip is an important document to get the loan against Children’s education and children’s marriage.
The employee will be credited the net salary after the deduction of loans and others from the earning section.

Steps to download the AP Employee Pay Slip 2021 Online:
In the below section, we have given steps to download the government issues employees’ Month payslips. Employees can do this process in any place wherever the Wi-Fi or Internet facility is available. Employees should have the basic details handy before going to access the Treasury portal to obtain the payslip.
1st Step: Employees of AP state who are required to download the Salary slip through the Andhra Pradesh Treasury Portal should go through the Official website link i.e. https://treasury.ap.gov.in/aptry/index.php.
2nd Step: On the AP Treasury Home page, employees should tap on the Net Services to Public Option.
3rd Step: After checking the net services to the Public page you will have to select the Employees Operations.
4th Step: Then, go for the section of Pay Particulars and click on the Download Monthly Payslips button.
5th Step: A new Column will be shown on the Treasury Page. Employees should enter the Employee Code (EMP Code) and click on the submit button.
6th Step: Then, AP employee’s Monty Payslip will be shown on the display. Now, employees should check the Department Code, DDO Code, Net Pay, and other deductions.
