CGTEEKA Covid19 18+ Vaccine Registration: The Government of Chhattisgarh wanted every Citizen of the State to get a Vaccination jab to the earliest without making any delay in the second wave of the Covid 19. So that matter, the CGTEEKA portal was launched on 12, May 2021. It saw a huge registration of 72,000 in a span of 24 hours.

The basic aim of the apps is to create a geographic and social equilibrium across the State. The web portal is simple to operate and requires only the necessary details of the applicant. It is the only web portal that has made mobile phone details optional.

Now, applicants need not enter mobile phones. Once, the web portal began to operate for the people of Chhattisgarh. With the sudden increase in the traffic at the web portal, the server crashed. Different departmental heads reacted to the situation.

CGTEEKA Covid19 18+ Vaccine Registration Login Details:

The senior IAS officer Surendra Singh Baghe wrote a letter to the State IT department that stated, “To fix the glitch for Smooth Covid19 (Corona) Vaccine registrations.” Not to make any delays during this crucial moment, the State directed the district collectors to organize the drive-by manual entry.

The Technical team of the CHiPS CEO Sameer Vishnoi got the glitch fixed and resumed registration with no delay. And gave confirmation by stating, “All Chattisgarh state 18 to 44 years age group Citizens can now access the CG Teeka Portal and Finish the Registration process and also book the Slot.”

And further added, “After successful completion of Covid19 Registration, the Users will get details about the Time and place of vaccination via SMS.” However, the Government later got mobile number enrolment not mandatory. It is so because the poor may not have access to mobile phones.

Heavy Rush at Web Portal Crashes Server Instantly on April 28th, 2021:

Citizens of Chhattisgarh who are 18 years and above, eagerly waiting for online registration, to get Vaccination to begin from 01 May 2021 onwards. But something awful happened just a few minutes after the web portal opened on 28 April 2021.

Sometime around 04:00 pm, applicants who were filling applications online could not receive the necessary OTP that was required to confirm the filled-in details. In moments it was confirmed that the huge plunge in traffic had crashed down the Server and the webpage began to display ‘server error.’ Frustrated citizens began to hit social media and vent their anger. However, in very less time the servers were brought to order and the process of registration continued thereafter.

Introduction of Four-Digit Number – Reduced Data Error Messages:

But again, another technical problem began to erupt. Citizens who had booked a slot on a specific day. They received a notification about the administration of the vaccine though they haven’t attended for taking jabs. Quickly, the Government reacted to the situation and made technical modifications by 08, May 2021.

Then, a new system of code was introduced in the online vaccination procedure. The applicant will receive a four-digit number after registration over the registered mobile. The same will be made available on the CG Covid19 18+ Registration Form. At the time of seeking vaccination, the citizen will have to produce the four-digit number to the designated person at the vaccination center.

The employee will have to enter the issued four-digit number and seek approval to vaccinate the Citizen. Until disclosed by Citizen, the four-digit number shall be unknown to the designated authority.  Hence, the malpractices at the vaccination center can be controlled. It can also be a result of data entry errors caused, at the time of data processing.

CG Govt Sets Hundreds of Vaccination Registration Services for Poor Population:

The Government of Chhattisgarh announced the State-owned Covid Vaccination portal called CG Teeka Portal, a vaccination booking website on 12 May 2021. It was realized that the disadvantaged section of society should be given assistance for registration.

Hence, for that matter, hundreds of vaccination centers were set up in various parts of the State. The State’s Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel said, “The enrolment process does not require the mobile phone and the verification process through the device.” As a result, many poor citizens who have no access to mobile phones were to be benefited from it.

CGTEEKA Covid19 18+ Vaccine Registration process:

Chattisgarh state government is now inviting the Covid19 Vaccination applications from the age group of 18 to 44 years. So, Citizens from 18 t0 44 years should register their names and book for the Slot through the CG Teeka Portal. The Simple steps to Book the slot for Covid19 vaccination is given below.

1st Step: First, Citizens should visit the CG Teeka Portal i.e. https://cgteeka.cgstate.gov.in/.

2nd Step: An Applicants should click on the पंजीकरण करें link on the CG State Vaccination Home page.

3rd Step: A new पंजीकरण फॉर्म gets opened on the computer screen. The Cleared image formate of the CG Vaccine Registration form is shown below.

4th Step: Now, you will have to enter the details such as District, Mandal, Village, Full Name, Gender, Date of birth, Mobile Number, Ration Card number and etc, and click on the submit button.

5th Step: Successfully, the CG Covid19 Vaccination Registration will be completed. On completion of the registration process, an applicant can fix an appointment – by filling the desired time slot, and vaccination center. The schedule of the Vaccination option is placed on the Header of the page.
